Job summary

TTI Canada in Ottawa is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the Milwaukee Tool Factory Service Centre. You will deliver best-in-class service to customers, handle phones, orders, inventory, and in-branch repairs, while building product knowledge.

• Outgoing – excels in end-user engagement and conflict resolutions.
• Strong computer skills.

• Experience with electric tools is a strong asset.
• Bilingual preferred.
• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monetary transactions, record maintenance, and assist with inventories as required.

• Showroom merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Continuously develop and maintain strong product knowledge.

Position Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative at our Milwaukee Tool Factory Service Centre.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering best in class service to all our customers both internally and externally.

A successful candidate will have intellectual curiosity, organization, enthusiasm, a team-player mentality, and a drive to win.

What You Will Do
