Position: Customer Service Representative

Status: Full-time, permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Delta, BC! As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients, processing and managing orders, and ensuring timely follow-up. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with both customers and the sales team to drive seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and manage customer orders in JD Edwards, ensuring data integrity
  • Verify purchase orders for compliance with policies and agreements
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and requests promptly
  • Monitor and communicate order statuses effectively
  • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and procurement teams
  • Collaborate with sales to resolve customer issues
  • Provide product recommendations to enhance purchasing decisions
  • Use Salesforce to track and analyze customer interactions
  • Maintain accurate account records
  • Review reports to identify trends and improvements
  • Foster collaboration across departments for customer focus

Qualifications:

  • DEC in administration, business, or related field is an asset
  • Confident in communicating via phone and email
  • Strong work ethic, with qualities of compassion, integrity, and honesty
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing industries
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, able to make quick decisions under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce and JD Edwards is an asset

Compensation: The annual base salary ranges from $43,600 to $65,400, with additional incentives and benefits. Compensation will vary based on experience, skills, and location.
