Job summary

Leavitt Machinery is seeking a highly organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in Coquitlam, British Columbia. You will work closely with our Operator Training team throughout the sales process to ensure customers receive excellent service, including managing calls, CRM workflow, and inquiries.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office, and CRM familiarity.

Qualifications

• At least two years of related customer service experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with a CRM (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls for main phone lines.
• Utilize the CRM to pass leads to Account Managers.
• Develop understanding of active clients and product offerings.
• Ensure compliance of standards within the department for positive experiences.
• Provide general administrative support for the Operator Training department.
• Assist with completing registrations and follow up on client feedback as needed.
• Provide coverage for Account Managers as needed.

The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a highly organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in Coquitlam, British Columbia. As the Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with our Operator Training team throughout the sales process to ensure customers receive excellent service. This will include working in the CRM, answering mainline phones, and handling customer inquiries.

As the Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls for main phone lines
• Utilize the CRM to pass leads to Account Managers
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of active clients and product offerings
• Ensure compliance of standards within the department in support of maintaining positive customer experiences
• Provide general administrative support for the Operator Training department
• Assist with completing registrations and follow up on client feedback as needed
• Provide coverage for Account Managers as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• At least two years of related customer service experience
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience working with a CRM (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred
• A confident, helpful, and customer-oriented phone presence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment

The base pay range for this role is: $49,000 to $55,000 annually depending on experience.

This is a hybrid role based in Coquitlam, BC.
