A leading manufacturer of premium packaging products is growing—and they’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for clients. Based in Brampton, this role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, staying organized, and working with a supportive, tight-knit team.

• 35-hr /week (Monday–Thursday: 9 AM–5 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM)
• $40,000 annual salary with yearly salary reviews
• Annual performance bonus after 1 year of employment

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax
• Enter and update customer orders in the system
• Verify order details, dimensions, and specifications
• Work with EDI systems for order management
• Manage two email inboxes and incoming calls
• Follow up with customers on order status and updates
• File customer records and maintain organized documentation
• Retrieve orders from remote systems
• Calculate simple product dimensions using a set formula
• Organize customer information alphabetically

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role (non-retail/fast food)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy environment
• High level of accuracy and ability to work under pressure
• Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
• Basic math skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to stay focused and manage stress
