Job summary

Masco Canada is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Success team. This hybrid role in St. Thomas supports the full order cycle and collaborates with planning, purchasing, warehouse, and technical support to ensure timely and accurate service.

You will handle complex inquiries, maintain records, and contribute to process improvements while delivering professional customer experiences across channel partners.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of customer service, order management or contact center experience.
• Post-secondary education in business, supply chain or a related field, is preferred.
• Bilingual (English and French) is preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP (SAP, JD Edwards) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders end-to-end – order entry, changes, expedites, cancellations, holds and follow-up.
• Resolve complex and escalated customer inquiries independently, including delivery discrepancies and stock questions.
• Support a variety of customer inquiries and queues as assigned.
