Job summary

Teleperformance in Toronto is seeking a Customer Support Specialist II to join our on-site team with a 90-day on-site period followed by a hybrid work arrangement. The role supports dental office clients through B2B service, focusing on order issues, data integrity, and multi-channel customer care.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service or B2B experience, strong CRM and case management skills, and excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or B2B support experience.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and case management tools.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple queues and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience handling multi-location or distributor accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve order-related issues (returns, credits, delivery discrepancies).
• Manage customer master data and account linkages (office vs. personal, multi-location).
• Support account structures (distributors, group channels).
• Process email-based orders and non-voice queues (chat/email).
• Handle defective product reporting and proper documentation.
• Route and escalate adverse events and complex customer concerns.
• Perform case triage and prioritization across high-volume queues.
