Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, sales, distribution, or supply chain.
• Experience in tire or automotive industry is considered an asset.
• Good understanding of inventory management and product availability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound client calls to promote product lines or propose alternatives.
• Participate in outbound call campaigns.
• Enter all client orders in the system.
• Follow-up on order and delivery statuses as required.
• Assist Sales Team and support coworkers in executing tasks.
• Provide solutions to customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain favorable relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Provide feedback on the soundness and effectiveness of customer service policies.
• Handle first level problems and escalate as needed.
