Job summary

Brandt in Moncton, NB is seeking a Customer-Product Support specialist to respond to parts inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery. You will work in a fast-paced 24/7 center, delivering a high-quality customer experience with strong problem-solving and bilingual communication.

This role requires fluency in French and English, the ability to multitask across multiple systems, and a collaborative mindset to meet KPIs while supporting field staff and customers.

• Contribute to team success by collaborating with colleagues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Meet and/or exceed current KPI's.
