Maritime Paper Products LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage day-to-day customer needs and work closely with an assigned Sales Representative and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This full-time, in-office role is based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

You will handle orders, inquiries, and coordination across departments to meet customer commitments while building strong client relationships and supporting sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience managing accounts and working in a high-demand, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve customer issues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately process orders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with inside sales support, order processing, and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in French, spoken and written (preferred).

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is more than an order-entry role. You'll manage day-to-day customer needs while working closely with an assigned Sales Representative and our internal teams to deliver a great customer experience. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and be based in our Dartmouth location. This is a full-time in-office position.

Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of related experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proven experience managing accounts and working in a high-demand, fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and professionally handle complex inquiries
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately process orders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn about corrugated packaging solutions
  • Experience with inside sales support, order processing, and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in French, spoken and written
