Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, inquiries and day-to-day account needs.
• Build strong relationships with assigned customers and provide dedicated support.
• Coordinate quotes, artwork, tooling and other customer needs across departments.
• Monitor orders, inventory, releases and delivery requirements.
• Proactively follow up and keep customers and Sales informed.
