Job summary

Elby Professional Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Ontario client. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience through order support, communication, and day-to-day service coordination, with occasional front desk support.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email and in person, assist with order entry and changes, maintain accurate records, and work with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable learning new systems; experience with ERP is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Support customers with order entry, verification, changes, and delivery questions.
• Ensure orders are entered accurately and processed promptly.
• Maintain relationships by delivering responsive, professional service.
• Provide front desk coverage and general office coordination as needed.
