Position Summary

Working as a Customer Service Manager at Walmart Canada is a great opportunity to develop your skills in the retail industry. A Customer Service Manager coordinates front-end operations to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and fostering customer loyalty. This role also involves maintaining compliance with company programs and operational standards. What you'll do
  1. Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness, evacuations, register shutdowns, emergency codes, and theft prevention.
  2. Handle customer and associate concerns, providing guidance as needed.
  3. Monitor front-end associates to ensure proper coverage, coordinate breaks, and assist with register operations.
  4. Train associates on systems and company procedures, such as scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, discounts, EAS system, and safety protocols.
  5. Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, assist with error correction, provide approvals, and verify processes to meet company guidelines.
  6. Ensure all EAS systems are functioning properly, including cashier deactivation, greeter issue handling, and logging failures.
  7. Prepare registers for opening and closing, support cashiers with change, maintain cash levels, and perform register audits for accuracy.
  8. Promote company-sponsored programs and initiatives, such as credit card services, Walmart protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs.

The starting pay rate for this position is $18.35 per hour, with actual pay determined based on relevant experience.
