Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in rehabilitation/assessments.
  • University degree in a relevant healthcare domain is an asset.
  • Background in clinical/rehabilitation or insurance industry.

Status: Permanent Full-time

Location: Remote-based position within Canada (Atlantic provinces)

Mandatory Requirement: This position supports a contract with the Government of Canada and requires Reliability Status Clearance for Protected B level data.

We are seeking a Manager, Service Delivery Partners to support Lifemark's Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program (RSVP), delivered on behalf of Veterans Affairs Canada. Lifemark Health Group and WCG Services have joined to form Partners in Canadian Veterans Rehabilitation Services (PCVRS). This team makes a difference in the lives of Canada’s Veterans and their families by providing medical, psychosocial, and vocational rehabilitation services.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with external service delivery partners both provincially and nationally. To excel in this position, you should have a passion for providing high-quality healthcare and a great experience for those we serve as well as our partners. You are highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, analytical in your thinking, and possess exceptional problem-solving skills. Superior verbal and written communication skills are required, along with strong knowledge of MS Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases. A strong understanding of industry-relevant legislation and regulations is vital in providing direction and support. Your healthcare background will be valuable in offering guidance and solutions.

Effective communication is key in fostering these relationships. Proficiency in French is an asset, and knowledge of multiple languages is also valued.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, managing, and nurturing key partner relationships and accounts, ensuring that front-line teams meet/exceed expectations
  • Establishing a trusted advisor role with referral sources and providing consistent, superior relationship management
  • Monitoring partner satisfaction/feedback and referral trends
  • Ensuring the highest level of service delivery from clinical intake to service delivery
  • Providing quality assurance to ensure partners meet or exceed expected quality levels
  • Managing business development activities and maintaining the opportunity pipeline
  • Assessing new potential partnerships, markets, and competitors
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of materials, resources, or training as required
  • Collaborating with Lifemark’s internal clinical and operational teams to support service delivery
  • Coordinating and participating in educational seminars
  • Identifying new opportunities with existing and new partners

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in rehabilitation/assessments
  • A university degree in a relevant healthcare domain (e.g., Applied Health, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Disability Management) is an asset
  • High proficiency in French is an asset; knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
  • Background in clinical/rehabilitation or insurance industry
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to resolve complex issues surfaced by partners and internal teams

  • Experience presenting materials virtually to large audiences (20+)
