Position Summary

Working as a Customer Service Manager at Walmart Canada is a great opportunity to develop your skills in the retail industry. The Customer Service Manager is also responsible for maintaining compliance with company programs and operational standards. What you'll do
  1. Ensures safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness, evacuations, register down, emergency codes, and theft prevention.
  2. Handles customer and associate concerns, providing guidance as needed.
  3. Monitors front end associates to ensure proper coverage, coordinates breaks, and assists with registers as necessary.
  4. Provides training to associates on systems and company procedures, such as scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, discounts, EAS system, and safety protocols.
  5. Oversees purchase, return, and exchange transactions, assists with error correction, provides approvals, and verifies processes to meet company guidelines.
  6. Ensures all EAS systems are functioning correctly, including cashier deactivations, greeter issue handling, and logging failures.
  7. Prepares registers for opening and closing daily, supports cashiers with change, maintains cash levels, and completes register accuracy audits.
  8. Promotes all company-sponsored programs and initiatives, such as credit card services, protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs.

The starting pay rate for this position is $18.35 per hour, with pay determined based on relevant experience.
