Speedy Cash Canada is seeking team members for our stores to deliver excellent customer service and financial solutions. The role focuses on building customer relationships, assessing needs, and processing loan applications in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; in-store training provided.

Responsibilities

• Building customer relationships while providing exceptional customer service
• Identifying and meeting the customer’s financial needs in order to process loan applications
• Collecting on delinquent accounts in the interest of minimizing bad debt
• Conveying information through in person, telephone, and email communications
• Aiding in loan sales, cheque cashing and in store promotions
• Handling and balancing daily cash and debit transactions
• Performing all daily operations of the store
