Job summary

Speedy Cash Canada is seeking a friendly, reliable Customer Service Associate to join our in-store team in Sackville, NB. You will build relationships with customers and help process loan applications while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Clear communication with customers in person, phone or email.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Identify and meet financial needs to process loan applications.
• Collect on delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt.
• Convey information in person, by phone and via email.
• Assist in loan sales, cheque cashing and store promotions.
• Handle and balance daily cash and debit transactions.
• Perform all daily store operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Building customer relationships while providing exceptional customer service

Requirements
