Job summary

Speedy Cash in Nova Scotia is seeking a motivated store associate to deliver outstanding customer service and process loan-related transactions. You will build customer relationships, identify financial needs, and handle daily cash and debit transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work independently when needed. In-store training is provided and advancement opportunities are available within the company.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; in-store training provided.
• Valid Government Issued Photo ID.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Building customer relationships while providing exceptional customer service.
• Identifying and meeting the customer’s financial needs in order to process loan applications.
• Collecting on delinquent accounts in the interest of minimizing bad debt.
• Conveying information through in person, telephone, and email communications.
• Aiding in loan sales, cheque cashing and in store promotions.
• Handling and balancing daily cash and debit transactions.
• Performing all daily operations of the store.
