Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, product availability, pricing, returns, and warranty inquiries.
• Process customer orders accurately using SAP platform.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Track and communicate order status, backorders, shipment updates, and delivery schedules to customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, product issues, pricing discrepancies, and service concerns efficiently.
• Manage customer returns, credits, warranty claims, and escalation cases.
