Job summary

ESAB in Mississauga is seeking a Sales Support Intern to assist in demo lab training events, plan and prepare hands-on product demonstrations for distributors and end users. You will collaborate with sales and product management to create and deliver virtual trainings and help with product testing and light assembly as needed.

Qualifications

• Proactive self-starter capable of independent work and collaboration.
• Basic mechanical/welding knowledge or related experience.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using pivot tables.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret simple instructions and respond.
• Strong communication skills and ability to discuss/product demonstrations in small groups.
• Demonstrates attentiveness, responsiveness and urgency.

Responsibilities

WHO YOU ARE

• Proactive self-starter comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Basic mechanical/ Welding Engineer knowledge or similar.
• Strong analytical skills experience with pivot tables.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret simple instructions; ability to respond/ react effectively.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable discussing and demonstrating product capabilities in small group setting.
• Demonstrates attentiveness, responsiveness, and an appropriate sense of urgency.
