Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Bobcaygeon, Ontario, to be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers inside and outside the center, use U-Scan to dispatch and return equipment, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

The role includes inspecting equipment, answering questions, and preparing rental invoices while receiving ongoing training through U-Haul University. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (training provided on employment).
• Operate a forklift (training provided on employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
