Job summary

Uline is hosting a bilingual French-English customer service event in Milton, Ontario. Join as a Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (French) with pay from CAD 35 to 40 per hour.

Full-time hours are Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6 PM, with on-site duties and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include processing orders, answering product, pricing and shipping questions, and building strong relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/French required, both spoken and written.
• Customer service experience is a plus, training provided as needed.
• Strong communication, listening skills and problem solving are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide product recommendations and handle pricing/shipping questions.
• Build relationships with customers and understand their needs to offer best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering system.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately.

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline’s best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus , but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
