Job summary

Uline, a North American leader in shipping and packaging materials, is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (French) in Milton, ON. You will handle orders, answer questions, and guide customers through online ordering.

Join a team with on-site facilities, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities. Fluency in English and French is required, with full-time hours Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/French) required, verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, willingness to learn and be trained.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and handle inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide product recommendations and answer pricing/shipping questions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers over multiple channels.
• Assist customers with navigating Uline's website and online ordering.

Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms required.

Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
