Job summary

Uline in Milton, ON is seeking a Collections Analyst - Bilingual (French) to manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, build relationships by phone and email, and resolve past-due balances. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms required.

Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
