Job summary

Uline is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative (English / French) at our Milton, ON location. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service in a fast, friendly call centre environment. On-site role with full-time hours.

Pay from $35 to $40 per hour with significant growth and earning potential. You will need a high school diploma, bilingual English/French, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, and we provide comprehensive

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but eager to learn; training provided.
• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
