Job summary

Canadian Tire in Powell River is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to assist customers and teammates in a friendly, efficient manner. You will handle inquiries, returns and sales transactions while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

The role emphasizes flexible hours across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to learn and grow in a family-oriented, community-focused retailer. On-site parking and employee discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, weekends and holidays).
• Approachable.
• Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions.
• Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, twisting, turning and reaching.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
