Job summary

Canadian Tire in Chilliwack, BC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, assist with inquiries, process returns and exchanges, and complete sales transactions in a friendly, fast-paced retail environment.

You will work with a diverse team to deliver excellent service, maintain the service area and operate the till, with training and growth opportunities offered within a community-focused employer.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to work shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience operating a cash register is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in person and over the phone.
• Respond to inquiries and handle requests and concerns professionally.
• Process returns and exchanges.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner, over the phone and in person.
• Respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns over the phone and in person.
• Process returns and exchanges.
• Operate cash register, computer and printer.
• Maintain the customer service area.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

• Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, twisting, turning and reaching
