Job summary

Wahl Water is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Mindemoya, Ontario. The role covers in-store showroom service, telephone support and CRM record-keeping to maintain excellent customer relations.

You will handle retail transactions, inventory updates, order reception, and assist with shipping as needed. Strong communication, punctuality and familiarity with e-commerce systems are valued.

Job Requirements:

• Answering telephone calls and filing of customer records
• Retail sales transactions and customer service in the showroom
• Inventory updates, order reception and product stocking
• Picking, packing and shipping of orders in backup position
• Follow established procedures for CRM Program
