Job summary

Arrow Workforce Solutions in Calgary, Alberta, is hiring for a customer service role. Start ASAP with a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, pay $22.50/hour.

Responsibilities include handling ~30 inbound calls daily, assisting with sales support and order processing, and providing product information with care. You’ll use a headset, enter data in the system, and maintain accurate records in a small two-person team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or order processing is an asset.
• Strong computer, email, typing, and data-entry skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong attendance record.
