Kent Building Supplies located in Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland and Labrador, is looking for Customer Service Associates. You will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately while providing excellent service and maintaining a clean checkout area.

• Ability to handle moderate physical demands: standing for 4 hours and lifting medium size merchandise up to 50 lbs.

Customer Service Associates are responsible for interacting with customers and managing all transactions efficiently and accurately while working with our computerized system.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, sales, and refunds through cash registers
• Operatescannersand credit card/debit card terminals
• Provideexcellentcustomerservice
• Collect payments and bag purchases for customers
• Keep the checkout area clean and orderly
• Maintain front end department merchandise
• Answering front desk phone and directing calls
• Assist other departments and functions as required
• Able to learn and operate the applicable computer system (D365) used to process orders

Qualifications
