You will help create user training, knowledge articles, and system documentation, while collaborating with IT teams to resolve issues and improve services.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests received by phone, email, chat, and self-service portals.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Level 1 hardware, software, application, account access, single sign-on and network connectivity issues.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate support teams while maintaining ownership and accountability for the customer experience.
• Assist with user training, knowledge articles, and system documentation.
