More About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a Customer Logistics Account Manager in Markham with Signify. Your responsibilities include managing the physical distribution, supply chain, and customer logistics of Signify products and services:

  • Define, implement, and monitor physical distribution service level agreements; lead corrective actions for non-conformities.
  • Design and communicate the supply chain component of the Customer Service Offer, including policies for order, delivery, and returns.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement plans focusing on quality, productivity, or service, including cost analysis, root cause identification, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate customer logistics with 3PL partners, understand and negotiate customer requirements, and ensure satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
  • Represent logistics in customer performance reviews and establish logistics-to-logistics relationships.
More About You

We value all applicants, but the following experience and skills are preferred:

  • At least 7+ years of relevant experience as a Customer Logistics Manager, with a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Expertise in transportation modes, customer order processes, global distribution, finance, and IT systems.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ability to analyze data and utilize digital tools.
  • Collaborative mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in communication, pitching, and negotiating with customers.
