Job summary

Cascades is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Supervisor in Vaughan to lead a dynamic, customer-focused team and drive fulfillment excellence. You will implement strategic workflows, monitor KPIs, and maintain strong client relationships in a hybrid work model.

The role requires proven fulfillment experience, SAP and MS Office skills, and leadership in fast-paced settings. English is required; French is an asset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer fulfillment with strong process adoption.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Accountable, customer-focused and a change ambassador with a positive mindset.
• Strong leadership and teamwork in fast-paced environments.
• College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Supply Chain, or related field (asset).
• Bilingual: English required; French an asset.

• Develop and implement a customer fulfillment strategy aligned with current processes, policies, and order deadlines.
• Lead a high-performing, customer-centric team; manage and achieve customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Monitor strategic accounts and foster strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Identify and resolve issues related to customer orders and respond to critical situations.
• Ensure team compliance with business rules and mastery of tools for fulfillment.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement to enhance fulfillment quality and profitability.
• Escalate issues promptly when appropriate.

• Develop and implement a customer fulfillment strategy aligned with current business processes, policies, and order processing deadlines
• Lead efforts to achieve customer satisfaction goals by building and managing a high-performing, customer-centric team; ensure effective management and achievement of customer satisfaction KPIs
• Monitor strategic accounts and foster strong, lasting customer relationships
• Proactively identify and resolve issues related to customer orders, responding effectively to critical situations
• Ensure team compliance with business rules and mastery of tools and techniques necessary for delivering exceptional customer fulfillment
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement to enhance fulfillment quality and profitability
• Act promptly to prevent potential crises, escalating issues when appropriate
