Job summary

CascadesCanadaULC is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead recruitment across English-speaking Canada from Toronto. You will develop strategies, coach a team of Advisors & Coordinators, and collaborate with HR Marketing to attract top talent.

You will manage day-to-day operations, monitor timelines and drive continuous improvement, with fluency in French and English as mandatory. This role combines remote work with travel to Cascades plants across the English-speaking

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruitment operations across the English-speaking provinces of Canada.
• Balance requisition workload and hiring priorities.
• Coach, develop, and support a team of 5 Talent Acquisition Advisors & Coordinators.
• Monitor service levels, hiring timelines, and team performance.
• Support complex, strategic, and hard-to-fill recruitment mandates.
• Manage escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Partner with other Talent Acquisition Supervisors to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Identify process improvements and lead implementation projects.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with HR Marketing to build regional talent attraction and employer branding strategies.

Your Role

As Bilingual Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.

Your scope includes

• Lead day-to-day recruitment operations across the English-speaking provinces of Canada


• Balance requisition workload and hiring priorities


• Coach, develop, and support a team of 5 Talent Acquisition Advisors & Coordinators


• Monitor service levels, hiring timelines, and team performance


• Support complex, strategic, and hard-to-fill recruitment mandates


• Manage escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships


• Partner closely with our 2 others Talent Acquisition Supervisors for Quebec & USA to ensure alignment and consistency


• Identify process improvements and lead implementation projects


• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives


• Partner with our HR Marketing team to build, implement, and optimize regional talent attraction and employer branding strategies aligned with business and workforce planning needs

What you bring

You're a natural fit for Bilingual Talent Acquisition Supervisor if you have:

• Experience leading or coaching recruitment professionals


• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Collaborative leadership and coaching capabilities


• Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
