Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years Retail or Trade experience is an asset.
• Ability to work with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to greet, engage, and assist customers in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess needs using the GET model (Greet, Engage, Thank).
• Escort customers to appropriate merchandise across departments.
• Ask open-ended questions to determine customer project needs and expertise.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Pro Services.
• Discuss options (good, better, best) and educate customers about the whole project.
• Maintain stock, signage, and store cleanliness to support sales.
