Job summary

Finning Canada is seeking a Customer Fleet Coordinator to drive proactive maintenance for contract customers from start to finish. You will monitor machine hour use, set up MCOs, open work requests, validate parts lists, request parts, notify Customer Fleet Advisors and Service Planners, and close work orders while invoicing LLTI lines.

From opening requests to final invoicing, you’ll ensure on-time delivery, accuracy of contract data in Salesforce, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education minimum; post-secondary asset.
• Experience with administrative tasks and office environments preferred.
• Familiarity with Infor M3, Salesforce, and CAT applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

Join Finning as a Customer Fleet Coordinator! You will be responsible for the proactive planning of preventive maintenance service to our contract customers from start to finish. This includes machine hour use monitoring, MCO set up, opening work requests, validating parts lists, requesting parts, notifying Customer Fleet Advisors and branch Service Planners, closing work orders and invoicing MCO lines.

Job Description

Opening work requests, requesting parts, partnering with customer facing roles to have services completed within on-time delivery parameters. Invoicing of completed jobs within LLTI target timelines Monitoring machine usage Training and support of other team members as required.

Ensure WOs are opened and closed in a timely manner. Ensure identification of aging WO's and action appropriately. Maintain accurate contract information in Salesforce programs Specific KPIs include PM Accuracy and Last Labor to Invoice (LLTI)

Education & Experience

• Grade 12 education at a minimum
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline considered an asset
• Previous office or administrative experience considered an asset
