Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to C.R. Laurence customers and support internal and external stakeholders.

You will understand product details, document interactions, and act as the face of the company in daily engagements. The role requires one year of office support in a customer service setting, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of office support experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and independent thinking to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of clients, products and services.
• Document customer interactions and transactions.
• Listen to customer needs and concerns; show empathy.
• Process orders over the counter, by phone, fax, and email accurately and promptly.
• Receive and process payments from customers (cash, debit, etc.).
• Answer multi-line phone professionally and assist customers face-to-face.
