Job summary

Kent Building Supplies is seeking a capable team member to support customers in a fast-paced, safety-oriented environment. You will follow procedures, assist with training of cashiers, gatehouse associates, and receivers, and help ensure accurate paperwork.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to work independently, proficient with Microsoft Office, and welcome additional responsibility or a similar role experience.

Qualifications

• Can work independently with high attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in a similar role is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper procedures and can train others (cashiers, gatehouse associates, receivers).
• Communicate with customers, vendors, head office accounting and associates to ensure paperwork is processed on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
