Qualifications

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet familiarity.
Initiative, accuracy and attention to detail in multi-tasking.
Clear verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals and bill payments per procedures and TD's code.
Understand customer needs to recommend banking solutions appropriately.
Respond and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures; escalate when needed.
Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately.
Interact with customers to advise on solutions and explain steps clearly.
Support teammates and contribute to a respectful, inclusive work environment.
