IKEA Calgary is seeking a Customer Experience Co‑worker II to deliver exceptional service across multichannel customer assignments. You will engage with customers in a friendly, confident manner and support colleagues to resolve issues and improve loyalty.

You’ll contribute to and track KPIs, help build lasting relationships, and participate in a benefits-rich Total Rewards program designed to support your wellbeing and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent meeting with the customer across all customer assignments.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner to create a rewarding customer experience.
• Contribute and achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain customer loyalty.
• Support customer colleagues to continuously develop knowledge and skills within the area of customer experience.
• Support and assist co-workers to create solutions to customer issues.
