Job summary

Starlink-Aviation is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to provide high standards of service to customers, ensuring courteous arrivals and departures of aircraft and seamless communication between customers and line service agents.

You will assist customers with fueling, catering, hangar space, and hotel/transport arrangements while demonstrating strong bilingual skills (French and English) and solid writing and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• Some customer support experience dealing with complex issues, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Must be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
• Raison: Interaction with an international clientele requiring the use of a language other than French.
• Good writing and communication abilities.
• Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.
• Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
