Value Buds Sierra Springs is hiring a Retail Sales Associate – Cannabis (Customer Experience Rep) to be the face of the brand. You’ll deliver exceptional service, help customers navigate cannabis products, and ensure smooth transactions in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail or hospitality experience is an asset.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education.
• Operate the POS, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves and support basic inventory tasks.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, including ID verification.

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a Customer Experience Representative, you’llbe the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis. This role is ideal for someone who love building relationships, eager to learn and make a positive impact in a growing industry.

What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education
