Value Buds is seeking a Retail Sales Associate - Cannabis (Customer Experience Rep) to join our team at Value Buds Sierra Springs. You will greet customers, provide product education, and operate the POS to complete transactions with accuracy and friendly service.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and cannabis certification. The role involves lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is an asset.

• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age based on province (18/19+).
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
