Job summary

SNDL Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate – Cannabis (Customer Experience Rep) for Value Buds Maple Mews in Burlington. You’ll be the face of our brand, delivering friendly service and guiding customers through our cannabis products.

Responsibilities include product recommendations, cannabis education, operating the POS, restocking, and ensuring ID checks and regulatory compliance. We offer comprehensive training, team support, employee discounts, flexible scheduling, and growth

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and dependable Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis. This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships, eager to learn and make a positive impact in a growing industry.

What You’ll Do
