Value Buds Southpointe is recruiting a Retail Sales Associate – Cannabis (Customer Experience Rep) to join our team in Canada. You will be the face of the brand, delivering outstanding service while helping customers navigate cannabis products.

The role emphasizes relationship building, learning, and contributing to a growing industry. You will operate POS systems, assist with inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance during customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education
• Operate the POS, handle payments, and issue receipts
• Restock shelves and support basic inventory tasks
