Job summary

Value Buds Red Deer Downtown is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to greet customers, explain cannabis products, and guide purchases at our downtown location. You will manage POS transactions, assist with restocking, and help ensure compliance with regulations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates will have retail or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a cannabis certification. This is an on-site role with opportunities for growth and product training.

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education.
