Value Buds is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our cannabis retail team in Burlington. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers navigate products, providing education, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience.

This role involves operating the POS, processing payments, and supporting inventory tasks, with a focus on compliance and customer service. Ontario-based position with competitive wages and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Cannabis selling certification required or preferred.
• Minimum age 19+ for Ontario.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis. What You'll Do

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education
• Operate the POS, handle payments, and issue receipts
• Restock shelves and support basic inventory tasks
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, including ID verification

About You

• Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell)
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check
