Value Buds Maple Mews in Burlington is seeking a Retail Sales Associate – Cannabis (Customer Experience Rep). You will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service and helping customers navigate cannabis products.

You should have customer service or retail experience, strong communication, and a cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP/CRWTP, or CanSell). You must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs; background check eligibility is

• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Cannabis selling certification required (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age 18/19+ depending on province.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer.

• Operate the POS, handle payments, and issue receipts.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis. This role is ideal for someone who love building relationships, eager to learn and make a positive impact in a growing industry.

What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer
