Job summary

Value Buds is seeking a Store Supervisor to support daily cannabis retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor. The role suits someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys coaching teams and delivering great customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, product education, inventory support, promotions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Applicants should have 2+ years of retail experience and cannabis-sale certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
• Must hold certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell).
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (based on provincial requirements).
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

• Support and guide team members during assigned shifts.
• Act as a point of contact in the absence of management.
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and merchandising.

About the Role

Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys coaching teams, delivering great customer experiences, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Must hold certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell)
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (based on provincial requirements)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check
