Job summary

Scotiabank seeks a Customer Experience Associate for Findlay Creek, On (26.25 hours) in Ottawa. You will be the face, heart and help desk of the branch, delivering exceptional service while guiding customers through transactions and digital banking tools.

You’ll build relationships, uncover needs, explain concepts simply, and contribute to sales opportunities in a collaborative team environment. A customer-focused, tech-savvy attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

Proven customer service skills from work or community involvement.
Willingness to assist in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Comfortable in simple sales situations.
Strong technical skills and ability to promote digital and self-service banking options.

Responsibilities

Take proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand.
Process day-to-day transactions.
Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities.
Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and assist them in managing their banking needs.
Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
