Job summary

Laura Canada in Calgary is seeking a Team Leader who lives and breathes fashion and exceptional customer service. You will lead a dynamic sales team, coach on service standards, product knowledge and current trends, and drive the store toward its targets.

You will open and close the store, manage prices and keep the shop tidy, while building a career path for team members through training and development opportunities offered by the company.

Responsibilities

• Act as a stylist to build a personalized wardrobe to the customer.
• Develop and train the sales team on customer service, programs, product knowledge, and trends.

• Perform daily tasks such as changing prices, shipping orders/transfers and keeping the store clean.
• Open and close the store as required.
